About the Chapter
The Greater Boston Chapter of Brothers in Public Health is committed to creating spaces of belonging, leadership, and action for men of color in public health. From networking and mentorship to community events, we are building the next generation of public health leaders.
Leadership Team

Partnerships Lead
Dalwin F. Corcino (He/Him/El)
Partnerships Lead at BiPH and Workforce Program Manager at the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers. Dalwin brings expertise in healthcare policy and community health management—and a sock collection of over 100 pairs.

Program Coordinator
Savion Thompson, MPH (He/Him/His)
Program Coordinator and GBC Chapter Founder. Savion possesses academic roots in health science, business, and social determinants of health. He is dedicated public health professional and a proud New Year’s baby.

Chapter Lead
Alex Bonano, MPH (He/Him/His)
Chapter Lead at GBC and Health Equity in All Policies Manager with the Boston Public Health Commission. Alex is passionate about racial equity and shares life in Roxbury with his identical twin.

Community Engagement Lead
Chris LaGuerre, MPH (He/Him/His)
Community Engagement Lead at GBC, with a background in chemistry and community health education. Chris champions meaningful connections and recommends traveling as often as possible.
